With over 15 years of experience in mining and engineering, Andrew brings deep technical expertise, commercial insight and a passion for solving complex challenges. As a Director and Sales Leader at Vanguard Mining, Andrew leads the company’s strategic sales, marketing and business development functions. With strong engineering acumen and a commercially driven mindset, he drives growth through high-value contract negotiations, tailored solutions, and long-term client partnerships.
JEFF BELKE
Director | Engineering
Jeff brings over 30 years of frontline experience solving critical mechanical challenges across the mining sector. He has built a career solving complex engineering challenges across the mining sector, with a focus on improving equipment reliability, reducing lifecycle costs, and enhancing plant performance. Jeff’s expertise spans a broad range of technical disciplines and is supported by an extensive patent portfolio, along with deep proficiency in tools such as FEA, CFD, and DEM.
EVAN LAMB
Manager | Operations
With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in mining, Evan oversees all execution and delivery processes. From project development and design to equipment supply and logistics through to site installation and commissioning. With a strong background in site-based project management, technical support and client focussed delivery, Evan plays a critical role in upholding Vanguard’s reputation for reliability and performance across our operations, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to every project.
