Construction Waste Recycling Plant.
This unique crushing plant transforms construction waste into a variety of usable products from fine sand to road base and coarse drainage material. The process prioritises removing ferrous and non-ferrous materials to protect equipment and improve final product quality.
A key feature is the jaw crusher’s hydraulic toggle release system, which automatically relieves uncrushable materials, preventing damage and ensuring smooth operation.
Installed within an existing shed in the Perth metro area, this project presented unique challenges.
Vanguard managed the entire scope, including the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of both the crushing plant and substation.
