Lithium Mine Crushing Circuit.
Vanguard Mining was engaged to design and supply a four-stage crushing plant to replace an existing mobile crushing circuit to deliver operational efficiency and improve processing capacity. The process objective was to remove fines early in the process, minimising the presence of <1mm particles in the Dense Media Separation (DMS) circuit. A tailor designed crushing circuit was developed to extract the target material and direct it to stockpile. A cost-effective 50m fabricated steel tunnel further optimised capital expenditure.
