Magnets are an important tool for protecting downstream equipment and ensuring equipment availability. These powerful magnets help remove mixed ferrous substances from conveyors before the materials are conveyed to the crushing or screening equipment.
Electro Magnets
The Electro Magnets (EM & EMF) are designed to proportionally remove ferrous substances from non-ferrous materials in a circuit. The self-cleaning magnet is attached to a frame and features a conveyor belt around the magnet, protected by a stainless-steel covering.
Rare Earth Magnets
The fixed and self-cleaning magnets in the Rare Earth (RE & REF) series generate a magnetic field by layering rare earth magnets in an enclosure. These magnets can separate mixed ferrous substances from non-ferrous material on conveyors and can be mounted either in line or cross-conveyor.
