Washers

CW/BW Series washers are used to wash concrete and other contaminants from aggregates smaller than 75mm in size. The contaminants are washed out with the overflow water stream while aggregates are pushed out with paddles and screw vanes. With premium vanes and sealing structure, the CW/BW washer offers a very stable and reliable operation.

FW Series washers are used to wash away and separate clay, dirt and other foreign objects from aggregate materials. Features include adjustable overflow wear plates and reliable drive mechanism to ensure effective cleaning and dewatering.

LW Series washers utilise large twin-screw blades, high-power transmissions and heavy-duty construction to thoroughly wash material such as clay that is difficult to clean with general sand washers, with maximum feed size up to 100mm.
