FABRICATED GRATES FOR 40’ SAG MILL

Vanguard was commissioned to very quickly supply fabricated hard steel plate grates to suit a 40’ SAG mill as the available cast grates were found to be pegging and performing poorly generally. Vanguard designed and supplied these grates in less than 6 weeks from order. The finished grates were flown to site and found to perform very well giving a step change in process performance.
